Why does President Gloria Arroyo loves to change dates?

Huh, this bugs me and confuses me a lot.

Madam President Gloria Arroyo, loves to make holidays advance.
She's the only president whose hobby is doing those things. Haha~

She changed the Independence Day to June 9 and many more..

So if she loves to do that, why don't she make her birthday advance?
Let's test her, let's see if what does she feel. lol
